NSW Restructure Update

It looks like we have already had some effect!! News just in. Same number of positions although dispersed, and manager’s position downgraded from PEO to SEO. How will dispersal of the unit aid effectiveness? Why downgrade the managerial position, except to save money? Will the advisory role have enough status? Surely the same manager won’t want the downgraded position. We will have to see how it plays out. To be in place for the new year. The Hub will keep you posted 🙂
